All the fume cupboards are designed and build to cater different usage, application and environment. Focusing on high level of safety features and protection from hazardous substances, our fume cupboards are compliant with the standards such as EN14175 and Ashrae 110-95.

Our fume cupboards also come with uniform exhaust, air distribution in hood for safe and efficient handling of toxic, corrosive and other harmful fumes emitted from materials used in the laboratory.

Features:

• Double Wall Structure
  Double wall structure consists of exterior housing (outer casing) constructed using baked epoxy steel panel which is easily detachable and chemical resistance to external solvent and acid exposure. The internal hood (inner casing) uses one piece mold chemical resistance fiberglass for maximum space as well as easy cleaning.
• Air Baffle
  Construction of fiberglass that is designed to maintain air flow of minimum point to point velocity variation with sash in maximum open position.
• Sash
  Construction of tampering safety glass which provides clear and complete viewing of hood interior.
• Service Fixture
  Fitted with service fixture for gases and water operated with the sash in any position and are controlled from outside the hood working chamber.
• Access Panel
  Provided with access panels to facilitate easy removal for inspection or servicing of factory wired electrical components, control values and plumbing.
• Solvent Filter
  Hepa filter and carbon filter are used for dust and solvent fumes mounted on outlet duct.
